Very Good
The room was clean and quiet.
The security could be improved if the lift can only be activated electronically by the hotel room card. Without this outsides/strangers can easily enter the hotel floors. It is better to provide two chairs rather than one chair in the room.

Good value for the money
Very good location! Metro station, bus station all within walking distance. Surrounded by restaurants as well.
There was a few cold days, but no heating system. We had to call for a portable heater! Some of the staff at the reception don’t seem to know the system. A bit disappointing trying to get information from them.

The hotel was good location in a very poor area of Hong Kong. Having said that plenty of restaurN
The location was not good, too far away from the city. Fortunately the hotel offered a shuttle but the last shuttle was 6.00pm would have been great if they offered one to return around 11pm.
